Illustrative weekly capacity targets
| Role | Suggested target |
|---|---|
| R1 | 6–10 verified funding or investor opportunities |
| R2 | 6–10 verified ecosystem opportunities |
| R3 | 10–15 qualified college profiles |
| R4 | 6–10 verified events or awards |
| E1 | Review every assignment and complete agreed milestones |
| E2 | 10–20 personalized institutional outreaches or follow-ups |
| E3 | 8–15 organizer or program outreaches or follow-ups |
These are planning benchmarks, not promised productivity or mandatory HR targets. Adjust them after two to four weeks of actual results.
Deadline and follow-up controls
Every approved opportunity needs an internal target before the external deadline. For an illustrative 30 October deadline: verify by 15 October, assign by 17 October, prepare by 20 October, review by 23 October and target submission by 26 October.
For college and event outreach, follow up after approximately four working days and again after another week unless the recipient directs otherwise. Stop or adjust when a recipient declines or requests no further contact.
Quality, security and escalation
- Never fabricate amounts, deadlines, contacts or benefits; use Not Confirmed for unavailable information.
- Check official URL, program name and organization before creating a record.
- Restrict incorporation records, financial statements, identity documents and investor materials.
- Use approved company accounts and communication templates.
- Escalate urgent deadlines, blocked applications, sensitive requests and major opportunities immediately.
- Preserve communication history so relationships survive staffing changes.
